Pecan Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter flavored Crisco
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. Quaker Oats
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Beat first four ingredients until creamy. In separate bowl, add flour, oats, pecans and salt.
    Add to creamy mixture and mix well.
    Shape rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 15 to 18 minutes, or until bottom is golden brown.
    Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
    Cool completely on wire rack.
    Reroll in powdered sugar.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
