Microwave Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, saving 1/3 of tomato soup.
    Pack mixture into a glass loaf pan.
    Spread remaining soup on top. Cover with wax paper.
    Cook at power level 7 for 23 to 29 minutes, rotating dish after 12 minutes.
    Check for doneness after 23 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
