Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. peppercorns
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. quick salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix well. Wrap in foil forming a tube. Poke holes with toothpick. Lay tubes on rack over pan with water. Bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool. Remove foil and wrap in plastic wrap. You may freeze this.
