Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in saucepan. Add brown sugar and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and cool.
    Add confectioners sugar and beat well.
