Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    3/4 c. beet juice
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    3 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. diced beets
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced cucumber
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients and chill, then fold in the beets, celery and cucumber.
    Mold in 8 small molds or one large mold.
