Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless split chicken breasts
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 to 2 c. pecans
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Line shallow baking pan with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.
