Layered Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 onion
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 cauliflower, cut into small pieces
    Ranch dressing or mayonnaise
    shredded cheese
    bacon bits
Preparation
    In deep bowl, layer lettuce, onion, peas and cauliflower. Repeat layers 3 or 4 times. Spread Ranch dressing or mayonnaise evenly over top layer. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits. Best if made the night before.
