Double Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. drained whole kernel corn
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter or oil
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Beat together the egg, milk and butter. Add the egg mixture, corn and sour cream to the dry ingredients. Stir just until blended. Do not overmix. Pour into the greased pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
