Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 oz.) envelope dehydrated onion soup mix
    5 medium potatoes, unpeeled, cut into chunks
    1 onion, chopped
    butter-flavor no-stick cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat the oven at 450\u00b0.
    Combine the soup mix, the potatoes and the onion in a large bowl.
    Stir gently, so that the vegetables are well coated with the soup mix.
    Place the vegetables in a shallow baking dish that has been well coated with the spray.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are tender and browned.
    Makes 4 servings, 1 fat gram per serving.
