Chinese Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. garlic cloves
2 lb. spareribs
2 Tbsp. naam yu (red been curd)
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. 5-Spice powder
Preparation
-
Put
spareribs
on
a
baking sheet.
Slice meat between bones once
almost
through thickness.
Make sauce by crushing and blending
garlic
with
naam
yu sauce, sugar, salt and soy sauce and 5-Spice powder.
Rub
sauce
well
into both surfaces and cracks of meat.
Bake spareribs
in hot oven for 20 minutes on each side.
Allow meat to
attain
rich reddish brown color. When done, divide spareribs with knife.
Serve hot.
