Chicken Capri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lemon
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. sherry
Preparation
    Rub the breast with the cut lemon.
    Squeeze the juice out as you rub.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken; coat with flour.
    Heat butter in skillet; brown chicken breasts in butter. Mix the soup, sherry and cheese; pour over browned chicken. Simmer for about 1 hour.
    Remove chicken to warm serving platter; spoon gravy over chicken.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serves 4.
