Ingredients

2 c. raisins
2 c. water
1 c. unsweetened applesauce or any unsweetened fruit
2 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cook raisins in water until all moisture has evaporated.
Mix all ingredients well and bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
