Cortner'S Boiled Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 qt. sweet milk
3 boxes Jell-O instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream (before whipped)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix the pudding mix with a little of the milk by hand.
Stir in rest of milk, then beat 5 minutes with mixer.
Add sugar, cream and vanilla; beat with mixer 3 minutes or longer.
Pour into container to refrigerate.
Makes 1 gallon.
