Original Bob Evans Thousand Island - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 slice onion
    1 stalk celery
    2 small sweet pickles
    3 sprigs parsley (optional)
    1 slice green pepper
    1 tsp. pimento
    1 hard-cooked egg
    olives (green)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except egg and olives, in blender. Process on medium-low speed until vegetables are just coarsely chopped.
    Add egg and olives.
    Process again until just chopped.
