Ramen Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 package Ramen Beef
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 or 2 tbsp. flour for thickening
3 oz. of beef
1 1/2 tbsp. margarine
Preparation

In a small saucepan cook the beef with one half tbsp. of margarine until no longer pink. Add 1/2 c. water to the pan and the beef seasoning packet. Cook for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles, drain well, and stir in 1 tbsp. of margarine. Add the sour cream to the beef mixture and thicken with flour. Serve sauce over the noodles.
