Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
4 eggs
4 large bananas (ripe)
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
Beat in eggs.
Add buttermilk.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt and add to mixture.
Blend in bananas.
Stir in pecans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
