Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    2 (15 oz.) containers Ricotta cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook lasagna strips until done.
    Drain and dry off.
    Mix together the egg, parsley flakes, Ricotta cheese, nutmeg, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
