Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1/4 c. saltine crackers, crumbled (about 9)
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, sugar and mustard.
    In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and one-half of the sauce mixture.
    Put into ring-shaped microwave pan (looks like Bundt pan).
    Press in mixture and top with remaining sauce.
    Cook, uncovered, on High 14 to 16 minutes.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
