Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together in a bowl with a fork the flour, shortening, salt and sugar.
    Stir together and add to flour mixture the egg, vinegar and water.
    Chill for 15 minutes or more.
    Then roll out for pie crusts or shape into balls.
    Flatten and freeze.
    Thaw and roll out into the flakiest pie crusts ever.
