Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    strawberry jello
    1 pt. fresh strawberries
    1 deep dish pie shell
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix and cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick, about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add 3 tablespoons strawberry jello.
    Let stand to room temperature.
    Add strawberries.
    Put in a cooked deep dish pie shell.
    Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
