Shrimp Etouffee(Cajun) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1 lb. or more shrimp
    salt
    pepper
    red pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Then add shrimp and seasonings and red pepper to taste.
    Over low heat, cover and let steam about 15 to 20 minutes, until shrimp are done.
    Serve over cooked rice.
