Easy Potatoes And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed potatoes
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Peel and cube potatoes.
Drain mushrooms well.
Mix potatoes, mushrooms and dry soup mix good.
Put in casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Pour oil over this evenly. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at about 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender.
Uncover; bake about 10 to 15 minutes longer.
