Swiss And Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped turkey (succulent, fresh breast)
    2 c. sliced celery
    2 c. croutons
    2 c. shredded Swiss
    1 c. mayonnaise (no fat)
    1/2 c. milk (skim would be nice)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    fresh mushrooms (12+), sliced
    1 can cream of broccoli soup (undiluted)
    1/4 c. toasted walnuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except the nuts.
    Spoon into 2-quart casserole and sprinkle on the nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
    Adding 1/4 cup wine enhances the beauty of this simple, delicious dish.
