Polenta With Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 c. \"Made in Minutes\" spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
basil leaves

Preparation

In glass measure, combine broth and corn meal.
Blend until very thick, stirring occasionally.
Add butter or margarine, Mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.
Stir.
