Smoked Sausage Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Eckrich smoked sausage
    8 oz. uncooked medium egg noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook noodles according to box directions.
    Melt butter in small pan over medium heat.
    Saute onion and celery until crisp-tender.
    Combine noodles, onion, celery, corn, sour cream, salt and pepper in large bowl.
    Pour into buttered, shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Cut sausage into serving size pieces.
    Arrange on top of noodles and push down partially into noodles.
    Bake 40 minutes or until hot.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
