Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 1 large loaf stale bread
    4 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. real vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Grease large casserole with butter.
    Soak bread in milk; mix well with hands.
    Beat eggs with sugar, flavorings, raisins and cinnamon (nuts if desired).
    Mix well with bread.
    Cook, uncovered, in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
