Tomato Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in halves crosswise.
    Remove seeds and most of pulp from centers.
    Sprinkle cavities with salt.
    Combine corn, cheese and onions.
    Firmly pack into each tomato shell.
    Place in greased baking dish.
    Cook, uncovered in microwave 4 to 5 minutes on High.
    In oven, bake 20 to 30 minutes, until heated thoroughly.
