Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/3 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. cake flour
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
    2/3 box confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and 1/3 cup powdered sugar well.
    Add vanilla, flour and pecans.
    Roll into small balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bottoms are slightly browned.
    Roll in confectioners sugar immediately and let cool. Makes about 6 dozen.
