Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/8 c. milk
    1 c. oats
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine milk and oats and let stand at least 5 minutes.
    Add oil and eggs, mixing well.
    Stir in flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Stir only until moistened.
    Bake on hot lightly oiled griddle, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
    Makes 10 to 12 (4-inch) pancakes.
