Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) Cracker Barrel cheese
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. pimento
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shred cheese together and add other ingredients.
    Mix together and form a ball.
    Wrap in plastic wrap until set.
    Roll in Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Cool for 24 hours.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
