Baked Potato Delights(Bulvines Bandukes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes (unpeeled)
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1/2 pt. sweet cream
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled potatoes until done.
    Cool, peel and mash.
    Add flour and salt.
    Roll out on floured board about 1-inch high.
    Cut into 1-inch wide strips.
    Cut each strip into 2-inch pieces.
    Place in greased pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
