Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook the onions and green pepper in a little oil until yellow. Add the hamburger. Cook over medium heat until well blended.
    Stir in the remaining ingredients.
    Put in baking dish with lid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Take cover off and cook 20 minutes longer to brown.
