Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thaw and squeeze to drain liquid
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. American cheese, cubed
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased crock-pot.
    Cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
    May be doubled for 5-quart crock-pot.
