Green Chile Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    12 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat, salt and pepper to taste.
    In casserole dish, layer tortillas, onion, cheese, meat and chiles.
    Repeat until used up.
    Blend soups and milk together and pour over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can add grated cheese on top and heat until melted.
