Overnight Tossed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head lettuce
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped peppers and onions
    1/2 small head cauliflower flowerets
    1/2 box frozen peas
    6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 scant tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Layer in order given:
    lettuce, celery, peppers and onions, cauliflower flowerets, peas, bacon and Cheddar cheese in large dish.
    Top with mayonnaise, brown sugar and dry mustard. Refrigerate overnight.
    Toss just before serving.
