Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1/2 c. partially cooked rice
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small can sauerkraut
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 large cabbage
Preparation
    Saute bell pepper and onions until tender and set aside.
    Cook cabbage in boiling water until leaves are tender.
    Break leaves apart.
    Mix ground beef, rice, bell pepper, onion, salt and pepper and 1/2 can of sauerkraut.
