Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head green cabbage - shredded
    1 large onion - diced
    1 lb bacon - cut into small pieces
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 cup water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet or frying pan, brown cut up bacon until crisp, add onion and cook just until the onion softens and becomes translucent.
    Add shredded cabbage, water and soy sauce and cover and let cook for about 30 - 45 minutes until the cabbage is soft. Stir occasionally while cooking and season with salt and pepper to taste.
