Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Crisco
1 c. molasses
1 egg
3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix together flour, brown sugar and Crisco.
Reserve 1/2 cup for crumbs.
Mix molasses, egg, hot water and dissolved baking soda and add to crumb mixture.
Pour in unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Top with reserved crumbs.
Bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
