Apple Cranberry Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. cranberries
    2 tart apples, sliced
    2 drops almond extract
    2 Tbsp. quick oats
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In 1 pint casserole mix sugar and cornstarch; blend in 3 tablespoons cold water.
    Stir in cranberries.
    Microwave 3 minutes.
    Stir in apples and extract.
    Turn into two 1 cup baking dishes.
    In bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of fruit.
    Cook until apples are tender (3 1/2 minutes).
