Hot Dog Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot dogs, cut like coins
1 can mandarin oranges
1 small can pineapple tidbits
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Warm up cut hot dogs in nonstick skillet.
In a small bowl, drain juice from fruit.
Juice should total about 1 cup.
Add vinegar, brown sugar, ginger and cornstarch.
Mix until dissolved, then pour into skillet over hot dogs.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often until mixture is hot and bubbly and starting to thicken up.
Add pineapple; stir and heat until pineapple is hot. Add mandarin oranges, stirring very gently.
Serve immediately over rice.
