Layered Salad(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 c. peas, cooked
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 c. mayo
    1 cucumber, sliced thinly
    5 to 6 scallions, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer all items in a bowl the night before (or morning of) serving.
    Vegetables should be patted dry.
