Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    salt and pepper
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 frying size chicken, cut up
    1 onion, cut up
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine rice, salt and pepper in casserole dish.
    Mix onion in soup and pour over rice.
    Mix well.
    Place chicken over rice. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Last 10 minutes, dot chicken with mayo.
