5 lb. fresh kielbasa (not smoked)
5 lb. sauerkraut
Preparation

Place kielbasa in a large pot; cover with water.
Bring to a boil; simmer for 45 minutes.
Add sauerkraut.
Continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with horseradish or mustard.
Serves 14 people.
