Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cleaned and dried
    1/4 c. Blue Bonnet margarine
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Prick potatoes once.
    Bake potatoes in microwave oven on High for 8 minutes.
    Turn over; bake for 8 minutes longer.
    Slice hot potatoes lengthwise; scoop out insides, saving shell.
    Whip potatoes, margarine, cheese, onion, salt and pepper together; blend in milk gradually.
    Spoon potato mixture back into shells; return to oven.
    Bake for 5 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
