Festive Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 can Bryan Vienna sausage, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can peas and carrots, well drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained well
    2 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all and chill before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
