Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans asparagus spears
    2 cans party peas (small)
    2 jars Old English cheese or 1/2 loaf Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. sliced almonds
Preparation
    In casserole dish, melt 1/2 stick butter and 2 tablespoons flour.
    Mix together and add juice from peas and asparagus.
    Melt in cheese.
    Layer peas, asparagus and almonds.
    Top with almonds. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
