Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
6 medium potatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
-
Make white sauce of first five ingredients.
Place 1/2 the potatoes in 2-quart casserole dish and cover with 1/2 the onions and half the sauce.
Repeat layers.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
Serves 4 to 6.
