Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pastry (pie crust)
    3 eggs
    2 c. cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
    4 oz. sausage, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake crust for 5 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Sprinkle pie shell with sausage, cheese, onion and green pepper.
    Beat eggs, cream and salt together.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted on edge comes out clean.
