Wine Cellar'S House Mustard Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown mustard
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 oz. cornstarch, dissolved in small amount of water
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bring first 9 ingredients to a boil; mix well during the cooking.
    Thicken with cornstarch and season with tarragon; return to a slow boil, then cool.
    Whisk in vegetable oil and mayonnaise. At the Wine Cellar, a homemade mayonnaise is used, but Hellmann's can be substituted.
    This makes enough for personal use and some for friends as gifts.
