Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. dry packaged stuffing mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 beaten eggs
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. Beau Monde (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
dash of garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme

Preparation

Cook spinach according to package directions.
Drain well and squeeze water out.
